The Fall Dinner of The Kentuckians of New York was held on Tuesday, November 29, 2011, at the National Arts Club, located at 15 Gramercy Park South. A wine reception began the evening with the dinner entertainment provided by three Kentuckians who are pursuing their dreams in New York:
Mark Vonderheide, Manager Director – Geneva Energy Markets LLC
Kristen Greer, Owner/Director – Shaker Mountain Canning Co
James C. Woolery, Co-Head North America Mergers & Acquisitions – J.P. Morgan
We were all inspired by their initiatives, their enthusiasm, and their experiences. The National Arts Club was renovated during the summer of 2011, and it is a very active club for a broad spectrum of people in the arts. It was the home of a former New York Governor, Samuel Tilden. It has been home to the National Arts Club since 1905. The Kentuckians of New York Dinner was held in the Sculpture Court. Myra Tobin was the NAC member and host for the evening. Thanks to Myra for all of her assistance in making this evening a success.
